Watermelon

Another summer favorite. Plant your watermelons anytime between March and August but the earlier the better. It takes a good three or four months for matured fruit. Try cutting the flesh into one inch chunks and freezing them on a cookie sheet. Once frozen, they may be stored together. These are a great treat on their own or as ice cubes in drinks.
