Mulch

Mulch helps prevent weeds from growing. Lay 3” to 4” on top of your soil after the plants are in the ground. You can buy it by the bag (2 cubic feet) or have a company deliver a large volume. One bag covers 8 square feet, 1 cubic yard covers 100 square feet. We recommend long leaf pine straw instead of cypress mulch.
