Gardens

This whole property slopes away from the house. In order to solve a tough drainage problem, we designed a rain garden. A rain garden provides a low point in the yard that will catch water before it flows off the lot during a storm event, allowing it to percolate slowly back into the ground. The dirt that is excavated for the rain garden will be used to level the rest of the property so Mrs. Perkins can enjoy a patio, shed and vegetable garden!
