Evans told us that upon moving into this house, it’s the first time since Katrina that she has not had to take Tylenol PM to sleep well. She has certainly settled in well! Since beginning the program, she has launched her own landscaping company, Revive Lawn Service and Landscaping, with a group of men from her church that had been helping her out. So many people in the neighborhood passing by asked about who was doing the work, that they decided to make it official. Her company is soon to be added to our list of participating vendors who agree to support Growing Home participants with discounts on materials and services.
