Gardens

Mrs. Washington was born and raised in Gentilly. Her two sons will be moving into the house next door once the renovation is complete. David, one of her sons, learned how to plant a vegetable garden and showed his brother, Jason, how to take care of it. For this project we took Mrs. Washington to the nursery to pick out plants, and organized a day with volunteers to install them. In addition, she agreed to work with a young architect, Aron Chang, who wanted to do a design/build project. He has collected a team of other young professionals to create a hybrid shed and gazebo. Located between the two homes, it will soon be a convenient place for the Washington family to meet and relax.
