Growing Home helped design this fence for Ms. Simmons in the Upper Ninth Ward. We decided to keep the existing frame of the chain link fence, using it to support a new wooden design. Our version of a picket fence allows for visibility into the property, while keeping out the neighborhood dogs and chickens.
