A Blooming Driveway
The Penns were both born and raised in the Upper 9th Ward and are bursting with pride, since they took this little house and made it blossom! The front bed is filled with Marigolds, Hibiscus, Dusty Millers, and more. They had to excavate through layers of earth and concrete to make their improvements on the side and front of the house. Their hard work is showing in plumes of green foliage and bright colored flowers.
